Photo Album is another WPF project I've been working on.  The source code of the current version can be downloaded here.

The current version lets you open an album with preloaded pictures.  You can navigate between pictures, and open and close the album all by clicking on the album.  I'm working on a more advanced version where you can set the front cover text, add your own photos, and save albums.
